1 Ek din Rab ne mujhe royā dikhāī. Us waqt Bābal kā bādshāh Nabūkadnazzar Yahūdāh ke bādshāh Yahūyākīn bin Yahūyaqīm ko Yahūdāh ke buzurgoṅ, kārīgaroṅ aur lohāroṅ samet Bābal meṅ jilāwatan kar chukā thā.Royā meṅ maiṅ ne dekhā ki anjīroṅ se bharī do ṭokriyāṅ Rab ke ghar ke sāmne paṛī haiṅ. 2 Ek ṭokrī meṅ mausam ke shurū meṅ pakne wāle behtarīn anjīr the jabki dūsrī meṅ ḳharāb anjīr the jo khāe bhī nahīṅ jā sakte the. 3 Rab ne mujh se sawāl kiyā, “Ai Yarmiyāh, tujhe kyā nazar ātā hai?” Maiṅ ne jawāb diyā, “Mujhe anjīr nazar āte haiṅ. Kuchh behtarīn haiṅ jabki dūsre itne ḳharāb haiṅ ki unheṅ khāyā bhī nahīṅ jā saktā.” 4 Tab Rab mujh se hamkalām huā, 5 “Rab Isrāīl kā Ḳhudā farmātā hai ki achchhe anjīr Yahūdāh ke wuh log haiṅ jinheṅ maiṅ ne jilāwatan karke Mulk-e-Bābal meṅ bhejā hai. Unheṅ maiṅ mehrbānī kī nigāh se deḳhtā hūṅ. 6 Kyoṅki un par maiṅ apne karm kā izhār karke unheṅ is mulk meṅ wāpas lāūṅgā. Maiṅ unheṅ girāūṅgā nahīṅ balki tāmīr karūṅga, unheṅ jaṛ se ukhāṛūṅgā nahīṅ balki panīrī kī tarah lagāūṅgā. 7 Maiṅ unheṅ samajhdār dil atā karūṅga tāki wuh mujhe jān leṅ, wuh pahchān leṅ ki maiṅ Rab hūṅ. Tab wuh merī qaum hoṅge aur maiṅ un kā Ḳhudā hūṅgā, kyoṅki wuh pūre dil se mere pās wāpas āeṅge. 8 Lekin bāqī log un ḳharāb anjīroṅ kī mānind haiṅ jo khāe nahīṅ jāte. Un ke sāth maiṅ wuh sulūk karūṅga jo ḳharāb anjīroṅ ke sāth kiyā jātā hai. Un meṅ Yahūdāh kā bādshāh Sidqiyāh, us ke afsar, Yarūshalam aur Yahūdāh meṅ bache hue log aur Misr meṅ panāh lene wāle sab shāmil haiṅ. 9 Maiṅ hone dūṅgā ki wuh duniyā ke tamām mamālik ke lie dahshat aur āfat kī alāmat ban jāeṅge. Jahāṅ bhī maiṅ unheṅ muntashir karūṅga wahāṅ wuh ibratangez misāl ban jāeṅge. Har jagah log un kī be'izzatī, unheṅ lān-tān aur un par lānat kareṅge. 10 Jab tak wuh us mulk meṅ se miṭ na jāeṅ jo maiṅ ne un ke bāpdādā ko de diyā thā us waqt tak maiṅ un ke darmiyān talwār, kāl aur mohlak bīmāriyāṅ bhejtā rahūṅgā.”
