1 Dāūd kā zabūr. Mausīqī ke rāhnumā ke lie. Tarz: Tabāh na Kar. Yih sunahrā gīt us waqt se mutālliq hai jab wuh Sāūl se bhāg kar ġhār meṅ chhup gayā.Ai Allāh, mujh par mehrbānī kar, mujh par mehrbānī kar! Kyoṅki merī jān tujh meṅ panāh letī hai. Jab tak āfat mujh par se guzar na jāe maiṅ tere paroṅ ke sāy meṅ panāh lūṅgā. 2 Maiṅ Allāh T'ālā ko pukārtā hūṅ, Allāh se jo merā muāmalā ṭhīk karegā. 3 Wuh āsmān se madad bhej kar mujhe chhuṭkārā degā aur un kī ruswāī karegā jo mujhe tang kar rahe haiṅ. (Silāh) Allāh apnā karm aur wafādārī bhejegā. 4 Maiṅ insān ko haṛap karne wāle sherbabaroṅ ke bīch meṅ leṭā huā hūṅ, un ke darmiyān jin ke dāṅt neze aur tīr haiṅ aur jin kī zabān tez talwār hai. 5 Ai Allāh, āsmān par sarbuland ho jā! Terā jalāl pūrī duniyā par chhā jāe! 6 Unhoṅ ne mere qadmoṅ ke āge phandā bichhā diyā, aur merī jān ḳhāk meṅ dab gaī hai. Unhoṅ ne mere sāmne gaṛhā khod liyā, lekin wuh ḳhud us meṅ gir gae haiṅ. (Silāh) 7 Ai Allāh, merā dil mazbūt, merā dil sābitqadam hai. Maiṅ sāz bajā kar terī madahsarāī karūṅga. 8 Ai merī jān, jāg uṭh. Ai sitār aur sarod, jāg uṭho! Āo, maiṅ tulū-e-subah ko jagāūṅ. 9 Ai Rab, qaumoṅ meṅ maiṅ terī satāish, ummatoṅ meṅ terī madahsarāī karūṅga. 10 Kyoṅki terī azīm shafqat āsmān jitnī buland hai, terī wafādārī bādaloṅ tak pahuṅchtī hai. 11 Ai Allāh, āsmān par sarfarāz ho! Terā jalāl pūrī duniyā par chhā jāe.
