Zechariah 5 (LBA)
1 Je levai de nouveau les yeux, et je vis ; et voici un rouleau qui volait. 2 Et il me dit : Que vois-tu ? Et je dis je vois un rouleau qui vole, long de vingt coudées et large de dix. 3 Et il me dit : C'est l'exécration qui se déploie sur la face de tout le pays ; car, en vertu d'elle, quiconque dérobe est balayé d'ici, et en vertu d'elle quiconque jure est balayé d'ici. 4 Je la déploie, dit l'Eternel des armées, et elle arrive à la maison du voleur et à la maison de celui qui jure par mon nom en mentant ; elle se loge dans cette maison et la consume, bois et pierres. 5 Et l'ange qui parlait avec moi parut et me dit : Lève les yeux, et vois ce qui apparaît là. Et je dis : Qu'est-ce ? 6 Et il dit : C'est l'épha qui apparaît. Et il dit : C'est à cela qu'ils regardent dans tout le pays. 7 Et voici, un disque de plomb était soulevé, et cela était fait par une seule femme assise au milieu de l'épha. 8 Et il dit : Cette femme est l'Improbité. Et il la repoussa au milieu de l'épha et il rejeta le poids de plomb sur l'ouverture. 9 Et je levai les yeux, et je vis, et voici deux femmes qui paraissaient ; et le vent soufflait dans leurs ailes ; elles avaient, des ailes comme des ailes de cigogne et elles enlevèrent l'épha entre la terre et le ciel. 10 Et je dis à l'ange qui me parlait : Où emportent-elles l'épha ? 11 Et il me dit : Elles l'emportent pour lui bâtir une maison au pays de Sinéar, et quand elle aura été fondée, on le placera là, sur sa base.
