1 Hawa ndio waliokuwa wana wa Daudi waliozaliwa huko Hebroni:Mzaliwa wa kwanza alikuwa Amnoni ambaye mama yake aliitwa Ahinoamu wa Yezreeli;wa pili, Danieli ambaye mama yake alikuwa Abigaili wa Karmeli; 2 wa tatu alikuwa Absalomu, ambaye mama yake alikuwa Maaka, binti Talmai mfalme wa Geshuri;wa nne, Adoniya, ambaye mama yake alikuwa Hagithi; 3 wa tano alikuwa Shefatia ambaye mama yake alikuwa Abitali;wa sita alikuwa Ithreamu, aliyezaliwa na mke wake Egla. 4 Hawa sita walizaliwa huko Hebroni ambako Daudi alitawala kwa miaka saba na miezi sita.Daudi alitawala Yerusalemu kwa miaka thelathini na mitatu, 5 nao hawa ndio watoto wa Daudi waliozaliwa huko Yerusalemu:mkewe Bathsheba, binti Amieli, alimzalia Shamua, Shobabu, Nathani na Solomoni. 6 Pia kulikuwa na wana wengine: Ibihari, Elishua, Elifeleti, 7 Noga, Nefegi, Yafia, 8 Elishama, Eliada na Elifeleti; wote walikuwa tisa. 9 Hawa wote walikuwa wana wa Daudi, mbali na wale wana waliozaliwa na masuria. Naye Tamari alikuwa dada yao. 10 Mwana wa Solomoni alikuwa Rehoboamu,mwanawe huyo alikuwa Abiya,mwanawe huyo alikuwa Yehoshafati,mwanawe huyo alikuwa Asa, 11 mwanawe huyo alikuwa Yehoramu,mwanawe huyo alikuwa Ahazia,mwanawe huyo alikuwa Yoashi, 12 mwanawe huyo alikuwa Amazia,mwanawe huyo alikuwa Azaria,mwanawe huyo alikuwa Yothamu, 13 mwanawe huyo alikuwa Ahazi,mwanawe huyo alikuwa Hezekia,mwanawe huyo alikuwa Manase, 14 mwanawe huyo alikuwa Amonina mwanawe huyo alikuwa Yosia. 15 Wana wa Yosia walikuwa:Yohanani mzaliwa wake wa kwanza,Yehoyakimu mwanawe wa pili,wa tatu Sedekia,wa nne Shalumu. 16 Walioingia mahali pa Yehoyakimu kama wafalme ni:Yekonia mwanawe,na Sedekia. 17 Hawa ndio waliokuwa wazao wa Yekonia aliyekuwa mateka:Shealtieli mwanawe, 18 Malkiramu, Pedaya, Shenasari, Yekamia, Hoshama na Nedabia. 19 Wana wa Pedaya walikuwa:Zerubabeli na Shimei.Wana wa Zerubabeli walikuwa:Meshulamu na Hanania.Shelomithi alikuwa dada yao. 20 Pia walikuwepo wengine watano:Hashuba, Oheli, Berekia, Hasadia na Yushab-Hesedi. 21 Wazao wa Hanania walikuwa:Pelatia na Yeshaya, na wana wa Refaya, na wana wa Arnani, na wana wa Obadia, na wana wa Shekania. 22 Wazao wa Shekania:Shemaya na wanawe:Hatushi, Igali, Baria, Nearia na Shafati; jumla yao walikuwa sita. 23 Wana wa Nearia walikuwa:Elioenai, Hizkia na Azrikamu; jumla yao watatu. 24 Wana wa Elioenai walikuwa:Hodavia, Eliashibu, Pelaya, Akubu, Yohanani, Delaya na Anani; jumla yao wote saba.
