1 Siyyūn kī ḳhātir maiṅ ḳhāmosh nahīṅ rahūṅgā, Yarūshalam kī ḳhātir tab tak ārām nahīṅ karūṅga jab tak us kī rāstī tulū-e-subah kī tarah na chamke aur us kī najāt mashāl kī tarah na bhaṛke. 2 Aqwām terī rāstī dekheṅgī, tamām bādshāh terī shān-o-shaukat kā mushāhadā kareṅge. Us waqt tujhe nayā nām milegā, aisā nām jo Rab kā apnā muṅh muta'ayyin karegā. 3 Tū Rab ke hāth meṅ shāndār tāj aur apne Ḳhudā ke hāth meṅ shāhī kulāh hogī. 4 Āindā log tujhe na kabhī ‘Matrūkā’ na tere mulk ko ‘Wīrān-o-Sunsān’ qarār deṅge balki tū merā Lutf aur terā mulk Byāhī kahlāegā. Kyoṅki Rab tujh se lutfandoz hogā, aur terā mulk shādīshudā hogā. 5 Jis tarah jawān ādmī kuṅwārī se shādī kartā hai usī tarah tere farzand tujhe byāh leṅge. Aur jis tarah dūlhā dulhan ke bāis ḳhushī manātā hai usī tarah terā Ḳhudā tere sabab se ḳhushī manāegā. 6 Ai Yarūshalam, maiṅ ne terī fasīl par pahredār lagāe haiṅ jo din rāt āwāz deṅ. Unheṅ ek lamhe ke lie bhī ḳhāmosh rahne kī ijāzat nahīṅ hai. Ai Rab ko yād dilāne wālo, us waqt tak na ḳhud ārām karo, 7 na Rab ko ārām karne do jab tak wuh Yarūshalam ko az sar-e-nau qāym na kar le. Jab pūrī duniyā shahr kī tārīf karegī tab hī tum sukūn kā sāṅs le sakte ho. 8 Rab ne apne dāeṅ hāth aur zorāwar bāzū kī qasam khā kar wādā kiyā hai, “Āindā na maiṅ terā ġhallā tere dushmanoṅ ko khilāūṅgā, na baṛī mehnat se banāī gaī terī mai ko ajnabiyoṅ ko pilāūṅgā. 9 Kyoṅki āindā fasal kī kaṭāī karne wāle hī Rab kī satāish karte hue use khāeṅge, aur angūr chunane wāle hī mere maqdis ke sahnoṅ meṅ ā kar un kā ras pieṅge.” 10 Dāḳhil ho jāo, shahr ke darwāzoṅ meṅ dāḳhil ho jāo! Qaum ke lie rāstā taiyār karo! Rāstā banāo, rāstā banāo! Use pattharoṅ se sāf karo! Tamām aqwām ke ūpar jhanḍā gāṛ do! 11 Kyoṅki Rab ne duniyā kī intahā tak elān kiyā hai, “Siyyūn Beṭī ko batāo ki dekh, terī najāt āne wālī hai. Dekh, us kā ajr us ke pās hai, us kā inām us ke āge āge chal rahā hai.” 12 Tab wuh ‘Muqaddas Qaum’ aur ‘Wuh Qaum Jise Rab ne Ewazānā de Kar Chhuṛāyā Hai’ kahlāeṅge. Ai Yarūshalam Beṭī, tū ‘Marġhūn’ aur ‘Ġhairmatrūkā Shahr’ kahlāegī.
