undefined (Thơ của Đa-vít, soạn cho nhạc trưởng) 1 Tôi kiên nhẫn đợi chờ Chúa Hằng Hữu cứu giúp,Ngài cúi xuống nghe tiếng tôi kêu xin. 2 Ngài cứu tôi từ lòng hố diệt vong,đem tôi lên khỏi vũng bùn lầy.Ngài đặt chân tôi trên vầng đávà cho bước tôi vững vàng. 3 Ngài cho tôi một bài hát mới,để tôi ca ngợi Đức Chúa Trời chúng ta.Nhiều người sẽ thấy và kinh sợ.Họ sẽ đặt lòng tin cậy trong Chúa Hằng Hữu. 4 Phước cho người tin cậy Chúa Hằng Hữu,không khuất phục trước người kiêu căng,không về phe với bọn thờ thần tượng. 5 Lạy Chúa Hằng Hữu, Đức Chúa Trời con, công ơn kỳ diệu vẫn trường tồn.Lòng ưu ái Ngài còn muôn thuở.Chẳng thần nào sánh được với Ngài.Nếu con muốn nhắc ân huệ,thật quá nhiều, không sao đếm xuể. 6 Chúa chẳng thích lễ vật, sinh tế.Ngài chỉ muốn con nhất mực vâng lời,Chúa không đòi lễ thiêu chuộc tội. 7 Con xin xác nhận: “Này, con đến.Trong Kinh Sách đã chép về con. 8 Lạy Đức Chúa Trời, con hoan hỉ làm theo ý Chúa,luật pháp Ngài ghi khắc tận tâm can.” 9 Con đã rao truyền cho dân Chúa về công chính của Ngài.Thật con không thể nào nín lặng âm thầm,như Ngài đã biết, lạy Chúa Hằng Hữu. 10 Con không giấu tin mừng của Chúa trong lòng con;nhưng công bố đức thành tín và sự cứu rỗi của Ngài. Con đã nói với mọi người giữa hội chúngvề tình thương và thành tính của Ngài. 11 Chúa Hằng Hữu, xin tiếp tục thương xót, khoan nhân.Xin bảo vệ con trong chân lý của Ngài. 12 Tai họa chung quanh con—nhiều vô kể!Tội con ngập đầu,đâu dám ngước nhìn lên.Chúng nhiều hơn tóc trên đầu con.Khiến con mất hết lòng can đảm. 13 Chúa Hằng Hữu ôi, xin giải thoát con!Xin mau mau đến cứu giúp con. 14 Xin cho người săn mạng conphải bối rối và hổ thẹn.Xin cho kẻ vui về hoạn nạn của conphải cúi đầu trơ trẽn. 15 Xin cho họ khiếp đảm vì tủi thẹn,vì họ nói: “Ha! Chúng ta đã bắt được hắn!” 16 Nguyện những người tìm kiếm Chúatràn ngập hân hoan và mừng rỡ trong Ngài.Nguyện những ai yêu mến sự cứu rỗi của Chúaluôn nói rằng: “Chúa Hằng Hữu thật vĩ đại!” 17 Thân phận con nghèo hèn, thiếu thốn,nhưng Chúa vẫn hết lòng ưu ái, thương yêu.Ngài là Đấng giúp đỡ và giải cứu con.Lạy Đức Chúa Trời con, xin đừng trì hoãn.
