2 Chronicles 29 (UGV3)

1 Jab Hizqiyāh Bādshāh banā to us kī umr 25 sāl thī. Yarūshalam meṅ rah kar wuh 29 sāl hukūmat kartā rahā. Us kī māṅ Abiyāh bint Zakariyāh thī. 2 Apne bāp Dāūd kī tarah us ne aisā kām kiyā jo Rab ko pasand thā. 3 Apnī hukūmat ke pahle sāl ke pahle mahīne meṅ us ne Rab ke ghar ke darwāzoṅ ko khol kar un kī marammat karwāī. 4 Lāwiyoṅ aur imāmoṅ ko bulā kar us ne unheṅ Rab ke ghar ke mashriqī sahan meṅ jamā kiyā 5 aur kahā,“Ai lāwiyo, merī bāt suneṅ! Apne āp ko ḳhidmat ke lie maḳhsūs-o-muqaddas kareṅ, aur Rab apne bāpdādā ke Ḳhudā ke ghar ko bhī maḳhsūs-o-muqaddas kareṅ. Tamām nāpāk chīzeṅ maqdis se nikāleṅ! 6 Hamāre bāpdādā bewafā ho kar wuh kuchh karte gae jo Rab hamāre Ḳhudā ko nāpasand thā. Unhoṅ ne use chhoṛ diyā, apne muṅh ko Rab kī sukūnatgāh se pher kar dūsrī taraf chal paṛe. 7 Rab ke ghar ke sāmne wāle barāmde ke darwāzoṅ par unhoṅ ne tālā lagā kar charāġhoṅ ko bujhā diyā. Na Isrāīl ke Ḳhudā ke lie baḳhūr jalāyā jātā, na bhasm hone wālī qurbāniyāṅ maqdis meṅ pesh kī jātī thīṅ. 8 Isī wajah se Rab kā ġhazab Yahūdāh aur Yarūshalam par nāzil huā hai. Hamārī hālat ko dekh kar log ghabrā gae. Un ke roṅgṭe khaṛe ho gae haiṅ. Ham dūsroṅ ke lie mazāq kā nishānā ban gae haiṅ. Āp ḳhud is ke gawāh haiṅ. 9 Hamārī bewafāī kī wajah se hamāre bāp talwār kī zad meṅ ā kar māre gae aur hamāre beṭe-beṭiyāṅ aur bīwiyāṅ ham se chhīn lī gaī haiṅ. 10 Lekin ab maiṅ Rab Isrāīl ke Ḳhudā ke sāth ahd bāndhnā chāhtā hūṅ tāki us kā saḳht qahr ham se ṭal jāe. 11 Mere beṭo, ab sustī na dikhāeṅ, kyoṅki Rab ne āp ko chun kar apne ḳhādim banāyā hai. Āp ko us ke huzūr khaṛe ho kar us kī ḳhidmat karne aur baḳhūr jalāne kī zimmedārī dī gaī hai.” 12 Phir zail ke Lāwī ḳhidmat ke lie taiyār hue:Qihāt ke ḳhāndān kā Mahat bin Amāsī aur Yoel bin Azariyāh,Mirārī ke ḳhāndān kā Qīs bin Abdī aur Azariyāh bin Yahallalel,Jairson ke ḳhāndān kā Yuāḳh bin Zimmā aur Adan bin Yuāḳh, 13 Ilīsafan ke ḳhāndān kā Simrī aur Ya'iyel,Āsaf ke ḳhāndān kā Zakariyāh aur Mattaniyāh, 14 Haimān ke ḳhāndān kā Yihiyel aur Simaī,Yadūtūn ke ḳhāndān kā Samāyāh aur Uzziyel. 15 Bāqī Lāwiyoṅ ko bulā kar unhoṅ ne apne āp ko Rab kī ḳhidmat ke lie maḳhsūs-o-muqaddas kiyā. Phir wuh bādshāh ke hukm ke mutābiq Rab ke ghar ko pāk-sāf karne lage. Kām karte karte unhoṅ ne is kā ḳhayāl kiyā ki sab kuchh Rab kī hidāyāt ke mutābiq ho rahā ho. 16 Imām Rab ke ghar meṅ dāḳhil hue aur us meṅ se har nāpāk chīz nikāl kar use sahan meṅ lāe. Wahāṅ se Lāwiyoṅ ne sab kuchh uṭhā kar shahr se bāhar Wādī-e-Qidron meṅ phaiṅk diyā. 17 Rab ke ghar kī quddūsiyat bahāl karne kā kām pahle mahīne ke pahle din shurū huā, aur ek hafte ke bād wuh sāmne wāle barāmde tak pahuṅch gae the. Ek aur haftā pūre ghar ko maḳhsūs-o-muqaddas karne meṅ lag gayā.Pahle mahīne ke 16weṅ din kām mukammal huā. 18 Hizqiyāh Bādshāh ke pās jā kar unhoṅ ne kahā, “Ham ne Rab ke pūre ghar ko pāk-sāf kar diyā hai. Is meṅ jānwaroṅ ko jalāne kī qurbāngāh us ke sāmān samet aur wuh mez jis par Rab ke lie maḳhsūs roṭiyāṅ rakhī jātī haiṅ us ke sāmān samet shāmil hai. 19 Aur jitnī chīzeṅ Āḳhaz ne bewafā ban kar apnī hukūmat ke daurān radd kar dī thīṅ un sab ko ham ne ṭhīk karke dubārā maḳhsūs-o-muqaddas kar diyā hai. Ab wuh Rab kī qurbāngāh ke sāmne paṛī haiṅ.” 20 Agle din Hizqiyāh Bādshāh subah-sawere shahr ke tamām buzurgoṅ ko bulā kar un ke sāth Rab ke ghar ke pās gayā. 21 Sāt jawān bail, sāt menḍhe aur bheṛ ke sāt bachche bhasm hone wālī qurbānī ke lie sahan meṅ lāe gae. Nīz sāt bakre jinheṅ gunāh kī qurbānī ke taur par shāhī ḳhāndān, maqdis aur Yahūdāh ke lie pesh karnā thā. Hizqiyāh ne Hārūn kī aulād yānī imāmoṅ ko hukm diyā ki in jānwaroṅ ko Rab kī qurbāngāh par chaṛhāeṅ. 22 Pahle bailoṅ ko zabah kiyā gayā. Imāmoṅ ne un kā ḳhūn jamā karke use qurbāngāh par chhiṛkā. Is ke bād menḍhoṅ ko zabah kiyā gayā. Is bār bhī imāmoṅ ne un kā ḳhūn qurbāngāh par chhiṛkā. Bheṛ ke bachchoṅ ke ḳhūn ke sāth bhī yihī kuchh kiyā gayā. 23 Āḳhir meṅ gunāh kī qurbānī ke lie maḳhsūs bakroṅ ko bādshāh aur jamāt ke sāmne lāyā gayā, aur unhoṅ ne apne hāthoṅ ko bakroṅ ke saroṅ par rakh diyā. 24 Phir imāmoṅ ne unheṅ zabah karke un kā ḳhūn gunāh kī qurbānī ke taur par qurbāngāh par chhiṛkā tāki Isrāīl kā kaffārā diyā jāe. Kyoṅki bādshāh ne hukm diyā thā ki bhasm hone wālī aur gunāh kī qurbānī tamām Isrāīl ke lie pesh kī jāe. 25 Hizqiyāh ne Lāwiyoṅ ko jhāṅjh, sitār aur sarod thamā kar unheṅ Rab ke ghar meṅ khaṛā kiyā. Sab kuchh un hidāyāt ke mutābiq huā jo Rab ne Dāūd Bādshāh, us ke ġhaibbīn Jād aur Nātan Nabī kī mārifat dī thīṅ. 26 Lāwī un sāzoṅ ke sāth khaṛe ho gae jo Dāūd ne banwāe the, aur imām apne turamoṅ ko thāme un ke sāth khaṛe hue. 27 Phir Hizqiyāh ne hukm diyā ki bhasm hone wālī qurbānī qurbāngāh par pesh kī jāe. Jab imām yih kām karne lage to Lāwī Rab kī tārīf meṅ gīt gāne lage. Sāth sāth turam aur Dāūd Bādshāh ke banwāe hue sāz bajne lage. 28 Tamām jamāt aundhe muṅh jhuk gaī jabki Lāwī gīt gāte aur imām turam bajāte rahe. Yih silsilā is qurbānī kī takmīl tak jārī rahā. 29 Is ke bād Hizqiyāh aur tamām hāzirīn dubārā muṅh ke bal jhuk gae. 30 Bādshāh aur buzurgoṅ ne Lāwiyoṅ ko kahā, “Dāūd aur Āsaf Ġhaibbīn ke zabūr gā kar Rab kī satāish kareṅ.” Chunāṅche Lāwiyoṅ ne baṛī ḳhushī se hamd-o-sanā ke gīt gāe. Wuh bhī aundhe muṅh jhuk gae. 31 Phir Hizqiyāh logoṅ se muḳhātib huā, “Āj āp ne apne āp ko Rab ke lie waqf kar diyā hai. Ab wuh kuchh Rab ke ghar ke pās le āeṅ jo āp zabah aur salāmatī kī qurbānī ke taur par pesh karnā chāhte haiṅ.” Tab log zabah aur salāmatī kī apnī qurbāniyāṅ le āe. Nīz, jis kā bhī dil chāhtā thā wuh bhasm hone wālī qurbāniyāṅ lāyā. 32 Is tarah bhasm hone wālī qurbānī ke lie 70 bail, 100 menḍhe aur bheṛ ke 200 bachche jamā karke Rab ko pesh kie gae. 33 Un ke alāwā 600 bail aur 3,000 bheṛ-bakriyāṅ Rab ke ghar ke lie maḳhsūs kī gaīṅ. 34 Lekin itne jānwaroṅ kī khāloṅ ko utārne ke lie imām kam the, is lie Lāwiyoṅ ko un kī madad karnī paṛī. Is kām ke iḳhtitām tak balki jab tak mazīd imām ḳhidmat ke lie taiyār aur pāk nahīṅ ho gae the Lāwī madad karte rahe. Imāmoṅ kī nisbat zyādā Lāwī pāk-sāf ho gae the, kyoṅki unhoṅ ne zyādā lagan se apne āp ko Rab ke lie maḳhsūs-o-muqaddas kiyā thā. 35 Bhasm hone wālī beshumār qurbāniyoṅ ke alāwā imāmoṅ ne salāmatī kī qurbāniyoṅ kī charbī bhī jalāī. Sāth sāth unhoṅ ne mai kī nazareṅ pesh kīṅ.Yoṅ Rab ke ghar meṅ ḳhidmat kā nae sire se āġhāz huā. 36 Hizqiyāh aur pūrī qaum ne ḳhushī manāī ki Allāh ne yih sab kuchh itnī jaldī se hameṅ muhaiyā kiyā hai.
