1 Lekin yih bāt jān leṅ ki āḳhirī dinoṅ meṅ haulnāk lamhe āeṅge. 2 Log ḳhudpasand aur paisoṅ ke lālchī hoṅge. Wuh sheḳhībāz, maġhrūr, kufr bakne wāle, māṅ-bāp ke nāfarmān, nāshukre, bedīn 3 aur muhabbat se ḳhālī hoṅge. Wuh sulah karne ke lie taiyār nahīṅ hoṅge, dūsroṅ par tohmat lagāeṅge, aiyāsh aur wahshī hoṅge aur bhalāī se nafrat rakheṅge. 4 Wuh namak-harām, ġhairmuhtāt aur ġhurūr se phūle hue hoṅge. Allāh se muhabbat rakhne ke bajāe unheṅ aish-o-ishrat pyārī hogī. 5 Wuh bazāhir ḳhudātars zindagī guzāreṅge, lekin haqīqī ḳhudātars zindagī kī quwwat kā inkār kareṅge. Aisoṅ se kinārā kareṅ. 6 Un meṅ se kuchh log gharoṅ meṅ ghus kar kamzor ḳhawātīn ko apne jāl meṅ phaṅsā lete haiṅ, aisī ḳhawātīn ko jo apne gunāhoṅ tale dabī huī haiṅ aur jinheṅ kaī tarah kī shahwateṅ chalātī haiṅ. 7 Go yih har waqt tālīm hāsil kartī rahtī haiṅ to bhī sachchāī ko jānane tak kabhī nahīṅ pahuṅch saktīṅ. 8 Jis tarah Yannes aur Yambres Mūsā kī muḳhālafat karte the usī tarah yih log bhī sachchāī kī muḳhālafat karte haiṅ. In kā zahan bigaṛā huā hai aur in kā īmān nāmaqbūl niklā. 9 Lekin yih zyādā taraqqī nahīṅ kareṅge kyoṅki in kī hamāqat sab par zāhir ho jāegī, bilkul usī tarah jis tarah Yannes aur Yambres ke sāth bhī huā. 10 Lekin āp har lihāz se mere shāgird rahe haiṅ, chāl-chalan meṅ, irāde meṅ, īmān meṅ, sabar meṅ, muhabbat meṅ, sābitqadmī meṅ, 11 īzārasāniyoṅ meṅ aur dukhoṅ meṅ. Antākiyā, Ikuniyum aur Lustrā meṅ mere sāth kyā kuchh na huā! Wahāṅ mujhe kitnī saḳht īzārasāniyoṅ kā sāmnā karnā paṛā. Lekin Ḳhudāwand ne mujhe in sab se rihāī dī. 12 Bāt yih hai ki sab jo Masīh Īsā meṅ ḳhudātars zindagī guzārnā chāhte haiṅ unheṅ satāyā jāegā. 13 Sāth sāth sharīr aur dhokebāz log apne ġhalat kāmoṅ meṅ taraqqī karte jāeṅge. Wuh dūsroṅ ko ġhalat rāh par le jāeṅge aur unheṅ ḳhud bhī ġhalat rāh par lāyā jāegā. 14 Lekin āp ḳhud us par qāym raheṅ jo āp ne sīkh liyā aur jis par āp ko yaqīn āyā hai. Kyoṅki āp apne ustādoṅ ko jānte haiṅ 15 aur āp bachpan se muqaddas sahīfoṅ se wāqif haiṅ. Allāh kā yih kalām āp ko wuh hikmat atā kar saktā hai jo Masīh Īsā par īmān lāne se najāt tak pahuṅchātī hai. 16 Kyoṅki har pāk nawishtā Allāh ke Rūh se wujūd meṅ āyā hai aur tālīm dene, malāmat karne, islāh karne aur rāstbāz zindagī guzārne kī tarbiyat dene ke lie mufīd hai. 17 Kalām-e-muqaddas kā maqsad yihī hai ki Allāh kā bandā har lihāz se qābil aur har nek kām ke lie taiyār ho.
