Proverbs 4 (CCB)
1 Mga anak, pamatia ninyo pag-ayo ang pagtul-id sa inyong amahan sa inyong pamatasan, aron makakat-on kamo. 2 Maayo ang akong ginatudlo, busa ayaw ninyo kini ipakawalay-bili. 3 Sa bata pa ako ug anaa pa sa poder sa akong amahan, paborito ako sa akong inahan. 4 Ginatudloan ako sa akong amahan. Miingon siya kanako, “Tipigi sa imong kasingkasing ang gipanudlo ko kanimo. Tumana ang mga sugo ko aron padayon kang magkinabuhi. 5 Paninguhaa nga makaangkon kag kaalam ug pagsabot. Ayawg kalimti ang akong mga gipang-estorya kanimo, ug ayawg biya niini. 6 Ayaw isalikway ang kaalam, hatagi hinuon kinig importansya, kay mao kini ang motipig kanimo. 7 Ang kaalam ug pagsabot maoy labing mahinungdanon sa tanan, busa paninguhaa gayod nga maangkon mo kini bisan pag mahurot ang tanan mong kabtangan. 8 Higugmaa ug tipigi ang kaalam, kay makahatag kini kanimog kadungganan. 9 Sama kini sa korona nga bulak nga makahatag ug katahom kanimo.” 10 Anak, pamatia ug tumana ang gipanulti ko kanimo aron motaas ang imong kinabuhi. 11 Nagtudlo na ako kanimog kaalam, kon unsaon pagkinabuhig ensakto. 12 Busa kon sundon mo kini, walay kahasol sa imong pagkinabuhi, ug dili ka matarog. 13 Ayaw gayod kalimti ang gihimo kong pagtul-id sa imong pamatasan; tipigi kini sa imong kasingkasing kay imo kanang ikinabuhi. 14 Ayaw sunda ang binuhatan sa mga daotan. 15 Likayi gayod kini ug padayon sa imong pagkinabuhing matarong. 16 Kay dili sila makatulog kon dili sila makahimog daotan o wala silay malaglag. 17 Ang kadaotan ug ang kabangis daw maoy ilang kinaon ug ilimnon. 18 Ang pagkinabuhi sa mga matarong daw sama sa nagsubang nga adlaw nga mosamot kasidlak sa kaudtohon. 19 Apan ang pagkinabuhi sa mga daotan daw sama sa kangitngit, ug wala sila masayod kon unsa ang hinungdan sa ilang pagkalaglag. 20 Anak, pamatia pag-ayo ang gipangtudlo ko kanimo; 21 ayaw gayod kini kalimti, hinuon tipigi kini sa imong kasingkasing. 22 Kay maghatag kinig maayong panglawas ug taas nga kinabuhi sa nagabaton niini. 23 Bantayi pag-ayo ang imong hunahuna, kay kon unsay anaa sa imong hunahuna mao usab ang imong ikinabuhi. 24 Ayaw pangilad o pamakak. 25 Isentro ang imong panghunahuna sa mga butang nga maayo. 26 Balansiha pag-ayo ang tanan mong pagahimuon aron maayo ang mahimong resulta niini. 27 Pagtinarong; likayi ang paghimo ug daotan.
