1 Lekin kaun hamāre paiġhām par īmān lāyā? To bhī ham samjhe ki yih us kī munāsib sazā hai, ki Allāh ne ḳhud use mār kar ḳhāk meṅ milā diyā hai. 5 Lekin use hamāre hī jarāym ke sabab se chhedā gayā, hamāre hī gunāhoṅ kī ḳhātir kuchlā gayā. Use sazā milī tāki hameṅ salāmatī hāsil ho, aur usī ke zaḳhmoṅ se hameṅ shifā milī. 6 Ham sab bheṛ-bakriyoṅ kī tarah āwārā phir rahe the, har ek ne apnī apnī rāh iḳhtiyār kī. Lekin Rab ne use ham sab ke qusūr kā nishānā banāyā. 7 Us par zulm huā, lekin us ne sab kuchh bardāsht kiyā aur apnā muṅh na kholā, us bheṛ kī tarah jise zabah karne ke lie le jāte haiṅ. Jis tarah lelā bāl katarne wāloṅ ke sāmne ḳhāmosh rahtā hai usī tarah us ne apnā muṅh na kholā. 8 Use zulm aur adālat ke hāth se chhīn liyā gayā. Us ke daur ke log—kis ne dhyān diyā ki us kā zindoṅ ke mulk se tālluq kaṭ gayā, ki wuh merī qaum ke jurm ke sabab se sazā kā nishānā ban gayā? 9 Muqarrar yih huā ki us kī qabr bedīnoṅ ke pās ho, ki wuh marte waqt ek amīr ke pās dafnāyā jāe, go na us ne tashaddud kiyā, na us ke muṅh meṅ fareb thā. 10 Rab hī kī marzī thī ki use kuchle, use dukh pahuṅchāe. Apne ilm se merā rāst ḳhādim bahutoṅ kā insāf qāym karegā, kyoṅki wuh un ke gunāhoṅ ko apne ūpar uṭhā kar dūr kar degā. 12 Is lie maiṅ use baṛoṅ meṅ hissā dūṅgā, aur wuh zorāwaroṅ ke sāth lūṭ kā māl taqsīm karegā. Kyoṅki us ne apnī jān ko maut ke hawāle kar diyā, aur use mujrimoṅ meṅ shumār kiyā gayā. Hāṅ, us ne bahutoṅ kā gunāh uṭhā kar dūr kar diyā aur mujrimoṅ kī shafā'at kī.
