Kon mangita ka kanako, dili mo na ako makita. 9 Maingon nga ang dag-om mahanaw, ang nangamatay dili na mobalik pa. 10 Dili na siya mopauli sa iyang balay, ug malimtan na siya sa mga nakaila kaniya. 11 “Busa dili mahimo nga mohilom lang ako; labihan kabug-at sa akong gibati. Isulti ko ang kalain sa akong buot. 12 Nganong gibantayan mo man gayod ako, O Dios? Bangis ba ako nga mananap sa dagat? 13 Kon mohigda ako aron mahupay ang akong kasakit, 14 hadlokon mo ako pinaagi sa mga damgo ug mga panan-awon. 15 Mas maayo pa tuk-on na lang ako ug mamatay kaysa mabuhi niining akong lawas. 16 Naglagot ako sa akong kinabuhi. Dili na ako gustong mabuhi pa. Pasagdi na lang ako, kay wala nay pulos ang akong kinabuhi. 17 “Unsa ba gayod ang tawo nga imo man nga gikabalak-an ug gihatagag dakong pagtagad? 18 Ginasusi mo siya matag adlaw, ug ginasulayan sa tanang panahon. 19 Nganong dili mo na man lang ako pasagdan bisag makadiyot? 20 Nakasala ba ako? Unsa ang sala nga nahimo ko kanimo, O Magbalantay sa tawo? Nganong gipuntirya mo man gayod ako? Bug-at ba ako nga palas-anon alang kanimo? 21 Kon nakasala man gayod ako, nganong dili mo na man lang ako pasayloon? Sa dili madugay mamatay na ako, ug bisan pangitaon mo ako, dili mo na ako makita pa.”
