1 Yih ḳhat Paulus, Silwānus aur Tīmuthiyus kī taraf se hai.Ham Thissalunīkiyoṅ kī jamāt ko likh rahe haiṅ, unheṅ jo Ḳhudā Bāp aur Ḳhudāwand Īsā Masīh par īmān lāe haiṅ.Allāh āp ko fazl aur salāmatī baḳhshe. 2 Ham har waqt āp sab ke lie Ḳhudā kā shukr karte aur apnī duāoṅ meṅ āp ko yād karte rahte haiṅ. 3 Hameṅ apne Ḳhudā Bāp ke huzūr ḳhāskar āp kā amal, mehnat-mashaqqat aur sābitqadmī yād ātī rahtī hai. Āp apnā īmān kitnī achchhī tarah amal meṅ lāe, āp ne muhabbat kī rūh meṅ kitnī mehnat-mashaqqat kī aur āp ne kitnī sābitqadmī dikhāī, aisī sābitqadmī jo sirf hamāre Ḳhudāwand Īsā Masīh par ummīd hī dilā saktī hai. 4 Bhāiyo, Allāh āp se muhabbat rakhtā hai, aur hameṅ pūrā ilm hai ki us ne āp ko wāqaī chun liyā hai. 5 Kyoṅki jab ham ne Allāh kī ḳhushḳhabrī āp tak pahuṅchāī to na sirf bāteṅ karke balki quwwat ke sāth, Rūhul-quds meṅ aur pūre etamād ke sāth. Āp jānte haiṅ ki jab ham āp ke pās the to ham ne kis tarah kī zindagī guzārī. Jo kuchh ham ne kiyā wuh āp kī ḳhātir kiyā. 6 Us waqt āp hamāre aur Ḳhudāwand ke namūne par chalne lage. Agarche āp baṛī musībat meṅ paṛ gae to bhī āp ne hamāre paiġhām ko us ḳhushī ke sāth qabūl kiyā jo sirf Rūhul-quds de saktā hai. 7 Yoṅ āp sūbā Makiduniyā aur sūbā Aḳhayā ke tamām īmāndāroṅ ke lie namūnā ban gae. 8 Ḳhudāwand ke paiġhām kī āwāz āp meṅ se nikal kar na sirf Makiduniyā aur Aḳhayā meṅ sunāī dī, balki yih ḳhabar ki āp Allāh par īmān rakhte haiṅ har jagah tak pahuṅch gaī hai. Natīje meṅ hameṅ kuchh kahne kī zarūrat nahīṅ rahī, 9 kyoṅki log har jagah bāt kar rahe haiṅ ki āp ne hameṅ kis tarah ḳhushāmdīd kahā hai, ki āp ne kis tarah butoṅ se muṅh pher kar Allāh kī taraf rujū kiyā tāki zindā aur haqīqī Ḳhudā kī ḳhidmat kareṅ. 10 Log yih bhī kah rahe haiṅ ki ab āp is intazār meṅ haiṅ ki Allāh kā Farzand āsmān par se āe yānī Īsā jise Allāh ne murdoṅ meṅ se zindā kar diyā aur jo hameṅ āne wāle ġhazab se bachāegā.
