Hebrews 13 (AS21)
1 O amor fraternal seja contínuo. 2 Não vos esqueçais da hospitalidade, pois, fazendo isso, mesmo sem saber, alguns hospedaram anjos. 3 Lembrai-vos dos presos, como se estivésseis presos junto com eles, e dos maltratados, como se vós mesmos também estivésseis sendo maltratados. 4 Sejam honrados entre todos o matrimônio e a pureza do leito conjugal; pois Deus julgará os imorais e adúlteros. 5 Seja a vossa vida isenta de ganância e contentai-vos com o que tendes; porque ele mesmo disse:Nunca te deixarei, jamais te desampararei. 6 Desse modo, com plena confiança, digamos:O Senhor é quem me ajuda, não temerei. Que poderá me fazer o homem? 7 Lembrai-vos dos vossos líderes, que vos pregaram a palavra de Deus; observando-lhes atentamente o resultado da vida, imitai-lhes a fé. 8 Jesus Cristo é o mesmo ontem, hoje e eternamente. 9 Não vos deixeis levar por doutrinas diversas e estranhas; pois é bom que o coração seja fortificado pela graça, e não por alimentos, que não trouxeram benefício algum aos que se preocuparam com eles. 10 Temos um altar do qual os que servem no tabernáculo não têm direito de comer. 11 Porque os corpos dos animais, cujo sangue é trazido pelo sumo sacerdote para dentro do lugar santíssimo, como oferta pelo pecado, são queimados fora do acampamento. 12 Por isso, para santificar o povo por meio do seu sangue, Jesus também sofreu fora da porta da cidade. 13 Saiamos, pois, até ele, fora do acampamento, levando a afronta que ele sofreu. 14 Pois aqui não temos cidade permanente, mas buscamos a que virá. 15 Assim, por intermédio dele, ofereçamos sempre a Deus um sacrifício de louvor, que é fruto dos lábios que declaram publicamente o seu nome. 16 Mas não vos esqueçais de fazer o bem e de repartir com os outros, porque Deus se agrada de tais sacrifícios. 17 Obedecei a vossos líderes, sendo-lhes submissos, pois eles estão cuidando de vós, como quem há de prestar contas; para que o façam com alegria e não gemendo, pois isso não vos seria útil. 18 Orai por nós, pois estamos convencidos de que temos boa consciência, desejando portar-nos corretamente em tudo. 19 É com insistência que vos exorto para que assim façais, para que logo eu vos seja restituído. 20 O Deus de paz, que pelo sangue da aliança eterna trouxe dentre os mortos nosso Senhor Jesus, o grande Pastor das ovelhas, 21 vos aperfeiçoe em toda boa obra, para fazerdes a sua vontade, realizando em nós o que perante ele é agradável, por meio de Jesus Cristo, a quem seja a glória para todo o sempre. Amém. 22 Irmãos, suplico-vos que suporteis essa palavra de exortação, pois vos escrevi de modo resumido. 23 Tomai conhecimento de que o irmão Timóteo já está solto. Se ele chegar logo, eu vos verei com ele. 24 Cumprimentai todos os vossos líderes e todos os santos. Os da Itália vos cumprimentam. 25 A graça seja com todos vós.
